Bylaws
The Parkway Forest Neighborhood Association has worked hard building a set of Bylaws that we feel will help our organization be effective and accountable to the members. The bylaws were voted on and accepted on June 4, 2022 at the Membership meeting.
The Bylaws have the following goals:
The Bylaws define the organization and establishes the relationship between the Board, officers and the membership
To define that the Parkway Forest Neighborhood Association (PFNA) is an organization of residents and property owners who decide to join the organization
To define that the members of PFNA have overall control of the organization. The Board is accountable to the membership. The members can change decisions by the Board at membership meetings or by following an appeals process
To define that the Bylaws can only be changed by the members
